Our promise is simple. If for any reason, you feel that a service we provided was not completed to 100% satisfaction, we insist on the opportunity to return, repeat the service, and make it right.

It doesn't take a Genius to know that continuous client satisfaction is the ONLY way to achieve greatness in the service industry, and at The Genius Truck we strive to please in everything we do. We understand that our client homes are beloved, and often among their most valuable assets.

We are equally honored to help care for each clients home, regardless of size or value, and we promise to treat your home as we would treat ours.

To request service under our "Genius Guarantee":

  1. Call or log into the "Manage Your Account" area to report a problem.
  2. We will confirm our "return service" arrival time.
  3. We will repeat the service and send you a follow up customer confirmation to confirm your approval of the repeat service.
  4. If resolved, with our thanks we will close the request. If the service still requires attention a member of management will work to personally resolve the issue.
